Giorgia Chierici

Giorgia Chierici is a multi-faceted award winning Makeup artist and Event stylist, who currently lives and works in Sydney, Australia.

Originally from the Fashion capital of Italy, Milan, the vibrant spirit of her heritage has always been driving her creative process and influenced her detailed and bold artworks.

Growing up in her family’s workshop, with both parents passionate interior designers, she has been creating and experimenting as long as she can remember.

Giorgia spent 15 years of her professional career working for some of the most renowned international Luxury Fashion Brands, to name some: Gucci Group, Max Mara, Tory Burch as well as local Australian Designers: ie. Oroton and Alannah Hill.

During this time, while nurturing her natural inclination and passion for style, Giorgia gained extensive experience across a number of different fields within the Luxury industry, the most important being Marketing, Leadership and Management, Sales and Styling.

In 2016 Giorgia entered the Makeup and Event styling industry and rapidly developed a reputation for genuine artistic originality, versatility and efficiency delivered with inimitable personal quirk.

After earning a Diploma of Screen and Media (Specialist Makeup services) from the private Sydney based institute T.M.T. by Kryolan, Giorgia also completed numerous specialisation courses and trainings with a focus on Special Effects and Creative Makeup. Now her work oscillates fluidly between commercial, editorial, performing arts, corporate events, video productions and SFX.

Spirited and youthful, in 2019 this talented MUA launched her first Makeup line by Chameleon body art, a complete serie of cruelty free UV reflective liquid liners available in different size palettes along with a collection of opalescent glitters.

Over the years, thanks to her technical skills and artistic know-how, Giorgia has earned a strong presence within the Sydney event scene both as a Makeup artist and Event Stylist. She still frequently travels to Milan, to visit her family of creatives and actively support the Milan Fashion week.

With constant work all around Sydney, she manages a mobile makeup service and utilises a variety of the best quality makeup for her clients, ensuring a long lasting look with a perfect finish. To name some of the cosmetic brands you can find within her makeup and hairstyle kit: M.A.C., Kryolan, Nars, NAK, Crown pro, Mehron, Ben NYE, Nude by Nature, Modelrock, Tag.

Among her achievements within the Makeup industry are two Awards for first and second place as best creative makeup at the EO (Entrepreneurs Organisation) annual event and she ranked as finalist at the Australia body art Festival 2019 for both body art and creative makeup.

As an Event stylist, Giorgia prides herself on working regularly with important promoters of the Sydney event production scene in renowned venues such as Rockpool, Kittyhawk, Home the venue, Cadman Cruises, Sydney event cruises and so on.

One of her most remarkable projects was the styling of the entire venue at The Argyle in occasion of their 15th Birthday weekend, their Vivid Sydney event “Neon Jungle” and the co-production of the Australia biggest Alice in Wonderland “Mad Hatter tea party” from Xstatic Sunsets at the Sydney Townhall.
